SPOT WELDING MACHINE:

DESIGN FEATURES:  Sturdy, compact and robust construction with negligible maintenance. Weld Initiation only after the pre-set pressure is developed across the job.

ELECTRONIC TIMER: Controls the time precisely in two ranges.

·    0.1 – 1.0 Seconds (5 – 50 Cycles)

·    0.1 – 10.0 Seconds (50 – 500 Cycles)

WELD PRESSURE: Pressure regulations achieved by adjusting the compression spring. Foot Pedal gives maximum electrode force without giving much fatigue to the Operator.

COOLING SYSTEM: Water-cooled electrodes, electrode holders and arms give consistency in welds and reduce the wear and tear of electrode, water flow at 7 lit. /min. free from residue forming impurity and at a temperature of less than 30 Degree C is required.

ELECTRODES: One pair of Mellory Morse Taper 2 straight electrodes supplied as standard with machine. Other types available on request.
